Come along to a gentle, small-group yoga class every Thursday evening*, with focus on calm, connection, and personal attention. This is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and move mindfully - without pressure or performance. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, you'll be supported every step of the way. Each session includes - grounding meditation to quieten the mind - breathwork (pranayama) to center and energize - gentle flowing movements to ease tension - strength-based poses to build resilience - a guided body scan to invite deep rest Breathe, move, relax and just be! Pricing: $22 per class (online payment, cash or bank transfer) *except during the school holidays
