Welcome to a path to peace through mindful movement
At the heart of Bianca’s approach is a simple intention: to create space for calm, connection, and care through movement, stillness, and self-awareness.
Her journey began in childhood, dancing ballet, and later exploring oriental dance, dance with people living with disabilities, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Over the years, she discovered how movement could be more than physical - it can be healing. This passion led her to earn a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Education for People with Physical Disabilities, alongside a Certification in Dance Education, deepening her understanding of the body and its potential for renewal.
Bianca is a certified yoga teacher with additional training in Yin-, chair-,trauma informed Yoga, and First Degree Reiki. Her classes gently combine breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and relaxation - offering more than just physical benefits, but a pathway to inner stillness and self-discovery.
Bianca's guiding word is 'Shaanti' - Sanskrit for peace. In each session, you’re invited to find the balance between effort and ease, to build strength while softening, to move with purpose and presence - to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the present moment. Whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice, this is a space to feel supported, and steady.
